• 2+ years of professional experience

• Relevant degree or diploma in the applicable field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit*, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop

• Experience render with Enscape or Lumion is encouraged

• Ability to prepare high-quality drawings, details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive, and consistent

• Familiar with, and comfortable applying the Ontario Building Code

• Experience with permit submissions and comfortable communicating with municipal authorities

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated 

• Comfortable with remote work 

• Reside in Ontario, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle for attendance at site visits and meetings

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Previous experience as a PM, Office Administrator, Construction Manager, or similar role
• Experience working in the design/construction industry is encouraged
• Project Management Certification, an asset
• Experience managing team and client interactions via excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to assume ownership of processes and refine them as needed on an ongoing basis
• Strong organizational time-management skills
• Comfortable with remote work
• Reside in Ontario, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle for attendance at site visits and meetings
