Nestled within a mature residential enclave, Indian Valley Residence is a transformative renovation and addition that reimagines a dated 1990s home into a refined, contemporary estate.

Working within the constraints of the existing structure, our team approached the project in two carefully planned phases. The first focused on a complete interior and exterior renovation, establishing a cohesive architectural language throughout. The second phase introduced a bold addition, replacing the original attached garage with an expanded two-storey structure featuring subterranean car lifts below and a private in-law suite above.

The exterior was entirely re-envisioned to create clean, linear forms that blend French château influences with contemporary American design. A stately limestone façade, custom portico, and natural gas sconces give the home a timeless, elegant presence that complements its surroundings.

Inside, the home balances sophistication with innovation. A dramatic glass floor reveals the wine cellar below, creating a striking architectural moment and a focal point for entertaining. Thoughtful material selections and refined detailing carry a sense of understated luxury throughout.
